You can get information by texting on Orange 693 10 30 60, text or whatsapp on MTN 654 20 90 32 for Cameroon contacts.

You can also send your request via email to contact@netcomel.com but there will be more delay to answer due to the amount of messages we receive daily.

General Questions

Once the payment is received, your order is processed and dispatched as soon as possible. You can cancel your order by sending a request to our preferred contact method, and if your order has not been dispatched yet, it will be cancelled and you will receive a full refund.
If your order has already been dispatched, you can return it when it is delivered if you are not satisfy with your purchase, providing that the items are returned as received and complete in their original packaging, but you will have to pay the return shipping costs.

Most of the items we sell are Brand New. Some others are Customer Returns, Refurbished Items or Used Items. In all cases, the items are tested in working order and their true picture is shown.
We always try to describe the items as honestly as we can and sometimes a new item, never used might have the original box missing, a tatty box, damaged box or few light scratches on box from storage or handling. We try to mention as much details as we can, but products are sold as seen. Please refer to the pictures provided and ask for more details if unsure.

Products available in Cameroon can be picked up or delivered in Douala or picked up at a collection point.
Otherwise, we only sell products online and they have to be shipped to your delivery address.

The delivery date provided is an estimation that will be matched most of the time and it takes into account open days only. We are not responsible for the delay that can occur in certain circumstances where bank holidays or weather condition can affect the courier services.

Usually, we will dispatch your order the same day if payment received by noon. Otherwise, your order is dispatched the next day.
If you are ordering from the United Kingdom, generally your delivery will follow the next day or couple of days.
If you are ordering from Europe, generally you will receive your order within 3 days from the dispatch time.
If you order from Cameroon, you need to arrange pick up to a collection point or delivery.

If your item is not as described or if by mistake we sent the wrong item, we will issue a postage voucher to you to return the item and you will receive a full refund after we have checked the returned item.
Otherwise you will have to pay for the return costs.
